I finally combatted with the legendary Shane of McLaren Vale.
Shane has been a member of the groupfitness.org forum for a while and in the past Natty and Alexander have made the long trip down to McLaren Vale to combat with him. But back then I was teaching Thursday nights and unable to go.

Not sure if I’m superstitious as such, but this Friday the 13th ended up being a pretty full on day.
