I’ve put myself in training for that third day to increase my fitness for those tests (I need to do better in the pushup test and core test to pass), except following the weekend I was sick for a week, so that’s kinda knocked back my training progress 😕
Only 4 weeks to train and improve, and 1 week sick……..so now only got 3 weeks. But I went to my chiro last week and it just turns out that he does deep muscle tissue work aswell, so I got him to look at my shoulder. OMG what he did was AWESOME! It’s not immediately fixed, and I’ll need to see him again, but what he did was a huge relief, and I noticed a massive difference!
So on Sunday I practised the core and pushup test, but I didn’t quite push myself cuz I was still unwell. Then I went and did bench press with 40kg, 8 reps……….and when I taught pump the next evening I already felt stronger, even though I was still sore! I did all the pushups in the shoulder track on my toes, even though I haven’t been able to do that since I first injured my shoulder 9 months ago! icon_eek.gif
Will probably do some training again tonight, might just do some heavy weights……….not sure if I should do the attack class though prior tp my BB, cuz I don’t know yet if I’m feeling 100% yet from being sick?
