Hello There!

I'm an advocate for health, fitness and wellbeing. I am obsessed with essential oils for supporting health and making home made non-toxic products.
As a former fitness instructor, I have been plagued with serious injuries, fatigue and unexplained health issues. This drove me to find other solutions to improve my health, and hence this site has been redesigned in 2020 with a new focus!
